Welcome
My name is Kelly T. Keyes.  I have a B.S. degree in architecture from U.C. Berkeley and
have worked as a builder in California since 1976.  I have developed projects that
optimize design, emphasize craftsmanship and are competitive in cost. 

I work in association with contractors, developers, architects and solo, primarily in
Berkeley, Montclair and Marin.  In addition to numerous residential projects I was
involved in managing commercial jobs such as O'Chame restaurant and The Gardner
on  Berkeley's fourth street.

Currently my focus is on smaller local projects, that don't require large crews and multiple
subcontractors.  Most of my jobs come from referrals, past clients and associates.  I am also available to my clients on maintenance or new projects.  My goal is to offer high
architectural standards in a cost effective manner.
